All prices are calculated according to the time taken for each piece.

LINE ART: Bust: $20 | Waist-up: $35 | Full body: $50
FLAT COLOR: Bust: $30 | Waist-up: $45 | Full body: $55
SIMPLE SHADING: Bust: $45 | Waist-up: $65 | Full body: $80

+ Additional characters: 90%

Thank you so much for your interest in my art! Before placing an order, please take a moment to read my guidelines and Terms of Service. By commissioning me, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms.

1. General

Slots & Availability
• I don’t usually work with limited slots; I accept commissions as they come.
• If I’m handling many commissions at once, progress may be slower. I’ll let you know before you place your order.
• I reserve the right to refuse a commission if I’m not comfortable with the request.Placing an Order

2. PRICING AND PAYMENTS

• Full price list• Prices reflect the time & detail of the work. Extra fees apply for:
→ Multiple characters
→ Complex armor/outfits
→ Intricate tattoos• Payment via PayPal invoice.Payment options:
• Full upfront OR
• After sketch approval OR
• For orders $100+: 50% after sketch, 50% after base colors
• Orders can be canceled before payment. After payment, cancellations turn into credit for future commissions.
• No refunds.
• Tips are always welcome (they help a lot due to currency conversion 💜).

3. WORKFLOW, REVISIONS & DEADLINES

• I can work with your direction or with full creative freedom (still need personality info if full freedom).
• Workflow: Briefing → Sketch → Line Art → Flat Colors → Shading → Rendering (I stop at the stage that matches your selected slot).Revisions:
• 3 major + 5 minor revisions per stage included.
• Extra revisions = extra fee.
• No changes allowed once a stage is approved.
• I won’t move forward until the current step is approved.Deadlines:
• I don’t usually work with strict deadlines. Completion time depends on complexity & workload.
• For specific dates, I’ll try to accommodate if possible.
• Urgent requests: +80% fee (minimum 2 days required).Delivery: Final art is sent via Google Drive link (best quality, no compression).Note: If I haven’t contacted you, it likely means there’s no progress to share yet. I usually send updates every 2–3 weeks, but sometimes I juggle 10+ commissions at once. Please avoid frequent check-ins if I’ve said there are no updates—it creates stress and slows down progress.💜

4. USAGE

• You may post your commissioned artwork anywhere for personal use, with proper credit.
• This is a digital service only (no shipping).
• You may print your commission for personal use.
• Commercial use requires a license/fee.Not allowed:
• Editing or modifying my art (cropping/layout use is fine; PNGs available on request)
• Tracing or using my art as a base
• Claiming my art as your own
• Using my art for AI training or NFTsCharacter design commissions: The design belongs to you, but please credit me for the design when applicable.

Artist’s Rights
I retain the copyright to my artwork and process. I may use finished works for:
• Portfolio
• Social media
• Videos or streamsIf you need your piece kept private (e.g., a surprise gift), please let me know beforehand.
