DEADLINES: I do not operate with deadlines, only estimated completion times. Simple artworks will be completed more promptly, within a range of 2 to 3 weeks, while complex pieces may take a longer time to finish, approximately 4 to 8 weeks.PAYMENT: Payment is made via a PayPal invoice upon customer approval of the initial sketch. For artworks with a value over $150, you have the option to pay a 50% invoice after the initial sketch has been approved and the remaining 50% once the base colors have been established. Alternatively, if you prefer, you may opt to pay the full amount upfront - whichever method suits you best! Returning customers receive a 5% discount on all commissions!
I don't issue refunds; however, if you have already paid and had to cancel your request for any reason, that amount will remain as credit to be used in the future.PROCESS: Upon accepting your request, you may send any relevant references and descriptions to assist with the creation process. Screenshots, specific character representation (known as "face claims"), photographs, and 3D models are highly encouraged and will greatly aid in the production of your artwork!If you're unsure of where to begin, you can provide answers to the following questions regarding your character and also send reference images for each item:- Slot (concept art or illustration):
- Art size (bust, waist-up or full body):
- Art style (flat color, simple, detailed):
- Character's name:
- Race:
- Skin and eye color:
- Hair color and style:
- Pose ideas (or a general feel to the art; i.e. "happy", "heroic"):
- Outfit/equipment:
- Art addons:You will receive updates on your artwork approximately every 1 to 3 weeks, at which time you may request modifications related to the current stage. This allows you to review the pose, body proportions, base colors, etc., prior to my continuation to the next step.Once each stage has been approved, significant changes will not be accepted without an additional fee.

The final image is intended for personal use only. For commercial use, please reach out to me through the contact information provided on this Carrd page.You are welcome to share your artwork on websites or social media platforms, as long as you provide proper credit to the artist whenever the image is posted. It is important not to remove or alter the watermark/signature or to claim the artwork as your own or that of another person. You are also prohibited from using my work in AI-generated image softwares, either for training it or upgrading your piece.In the event that you requested a custom character design specifically for you, you may commission other artists to create artwork using that design, since it was created for your use. However, please make sure to give proper credit to me for the design.This is a digital illustration service, so there is no physical shipping required. You may choose to print your artwork for personal use only, but it should not be used for commercial purposes.The artist retains the copyright to the artwork and the right to use it for promotional purposes.By requesting a commission you accept these terms of service.
